Premier Training Job Opportunity: Sales and Marketing Manager
Premier Training are recruiting for an ambitious, dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join the company on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience.

Established in 1998, we are now one of the largest AAT distance learning training providers in the UK for accounting and bookkeeping qualifications. We pride ourselves on offering professional support with a personal touch.
Location: Office-based in South Killingholme, North Lincolnshire.
The role
- Developing new strategies to drive sales and marketing leads – and achieve growth targets
- Working closely with the management team to achieve overall business aims
- Setting and achieving sales targets and maximising ROI
- Optimising e-commerce and performance marketing
- Leading the sales and course advisor team
- Providing regular training to the team to maintain high service levels and increase sales
- Working with the Marketing & Communications department to enhance the business
- Increasing brand awareness and recognition
- Reporting the performance of sales and marketing channels
- Helping to create and develop the marketing calendar
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
- Prior experience in education/training industry is preferable
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven track record of sales success
