I haven’t massively reached out to my tutor but the few times I have they have been very quick at responding and helpful.
I find that my tutor is very good at checking in if I haven’t been on the Premier Training platform in a while to see how I am doing, its nice to know they are reaching out to me as well.
I tend to find I get my feedback and assignment marking back the following day I have completed it, sometimes within the same day. It is very efficient.
The videos are an absolute god send, they are so helpful. I tend to read through the hard copies first and then use the videos. They really help you to visualise what is being explained in the book and I find they are the best way to learn.
I am happy with the flexibility, I think it works well as everyone has day jobs and social lives, it makes it really easy to do it in your own time.
So far it’s really helping me progress in my current role and opening up further opportunities for me within the company I work for. Especially since passing my first exam I feel a lot more confident and motivated.
Before doing my exam I kept putting it off thinking I hadn’t absorbed any of the information. However, it is certainly brilliant to pass my exam and have that reassurance that I obviously do know what I’m doing and should believe in myself more.
