We offer apprenticeships across four finance and accounting standards:
Credit Controller and Collector (Level 2)
Monitor and manage customer accounts, follow financial policies, and help protect an organisation’s cash flow.
Credit management is a vital function in every sector of UK and international commerce. It plays a key role in supporting sales, managing financial risk, and maintaining strong customer relationships — all while ensuring money owed to the business is collected efficiently and professionally.
As a credit controller or collector, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll handle high-value accounts, apply financial procedures, and use your knowledge of business regulations and the law to resolve payment issues and reduce risk. The role requires excellent technical accuracy, strong communication skills, and a confident, customer-focused approach.
This apprenticeship provides a strong foundation in credit control and debt collection, preparing you to work in both in-house finance teams and third-party collection agencies.

Accounts or Finance Assistant (Level 2)

Accounts and finance assistants play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of an organisation’s finance department. They handle a variety of essential tasks — from processing transactions to maintaining records — all of which help ensure financial information is accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal processes.
Working under supervision, they carry out structured finance and accounting tasks using digital systems and tools. These can include data entry, reconciling figures, handling invoices, processing payments, and supporting the production of financial statements.
This apprenticeship provides a solid foundation in accounting principles and finance administration, helping learners develop the technical skills and attention to detail needed for a successful career in finance.

Professional Accounting Technician (Level 4)
