We recognised that a Credit Controller would be a valuable addition to the MSP Accounts business and for our clients.
Having spoken with Premier Training, we decided that taking on an apprentice would be the ideal option for our business.
We now have a new member of our team working his way through the Credit Controller and Collector (Level 2) apprenticeship, supported by us, the team at Premier Training and the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.
Premier Training guided us through every stage of the process – explaining apprenticeship funding, our responsibilities as an employer, and working with us to create a clear Training Plan.
This plan outlines how the apprentice will develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours – and provides reassurance for us, as an employer, that we’re proving the on-the-job support he needs.
We are already seeing the benefits of this decision. Our newest member of the team will help ourselves and our clients maintain a healthy cash flow and reduce bad debts.
