Premier Training support a number of national and regional charities – and would like to help raise awareness of Andy’s Man Club too.
The men’s suicide prevention charity offers free peer-to-peer support groups across the UK and online. It aims to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.
There are weekly Andy’s Man Club groups across the UK at 7pm on Mondays, including one near to Premier Training’s headquarters in Immingham, North East Lincolnshire.
