My tutor is Richard Sharp and he is honestly the best.
He sends me emails to check in with how I’m doing in my studies or if he just hasn’t heard from me in a while.
I phoned him on one occasion as I was struggling to understand a part of my unit and he was so patient with me, really taking his time to explain it in a way I could easily understand.
He then took me through some examples to apply the knowledge to an exam question so that I would feel confident during an exam.
Richard is always so prompt when marking my assignments, most of the time I receive the results within 24 hours. If Richard isn’t available another tutor will mark my assignments very promptly too.
His feedback is always very detailed and he tells me exactly what questions I have gotten incorrect, how I got them incorrect, and how to get the correct answer in the future.
This is really helpful as he ensures I fully understand how to get the correct answer. He also always responds to my queries very quickly and in a way that I can understand.
I really enjoy the Premier Training e-learning resources. The portal is easy to navigate and has an abundance of resources.
The videos and practice and assignments are really useful as I feel more confident going into the exam as I’ve already had plenty of practice. I also like how a timetable is provided where all of your assignments and exams are recorded as it allows me to monitor my progress.
I really enjoy AAT distance learning with Premier Training, I work full-time and distance learning allows me to work at my own pace.
It also means I can fit studying around my work and social life at a time and place that suits me. Distance learning allows me to take my study materials with me and I can study wherever I go.
Since studying, my role at work has shifted to include finance which has been really beneficial as I am putting into practice the knowledge I am learning on my course.
I’ve been able to have a new understanding of the finance work I’m doing.
I’m gaining the knowledge in my studies explaining how certain tasks work, leading me to grow in confidence and asking management if I can take on more financial responsibilities as I am gaining knowledge so feel able to give them a go.
