As a credit controller or collector, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The role requires excellent technical accuracy, strong communication skills, and a confident, customer-focused approach.

This apprenticeship provides a strong foundation in credit control and debt collection, preparing you to work in both in-house finance teams and third-party collection agencies.
