Premier Training are recruiting for an enthusiastic and friendly Course Advisor to join the company on a part-time or full-time permanent basis.
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
About Us: Premier Training is a multi-award-wining distance learning provider. Established in 1998 we are now one of the largest AAT distance learning training providers in the UK for AAT accounting qualifications. We pride ourselves on offering professional support with a personal touch.
Location: Office-based in South Killingholme, North Lincolnshire
You will be required to work within a team of advisors and apply your excellent telephone skills to form and develop student relationships.
Candidates will need to complete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner while dealing with students’ enquiries promptly and efficiently by telephone and email.
You will be processing enrolments, both online and via the telephone, and will be required to dispatch study materials, guide students through their online resources and answer general course queries.
Promoting our courses to prospective students is also key, therefore sales and marketing experience would be advantageous.
You will take pride in ensuring our students’ enrolment and learning experience is positive and successful. The right candidate will also need to be goal-orientated with a proactive approach to sales, whilst being confident and self-motivated.
Full training will be provided. However, it is essential that you have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- A confident and friendly telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in administration
- Ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines
- A willingness to learn new skills and be a real team player
