Method of Study
You are supplied with the appropriate Sage Instant Accounting and Sage Payroll CD containing full software, and easy to understand workbooks and the necessary data files on a disk. Help, advice and guidance from your personal tutor are only a 'phone call away.
The Study Manuals

How long will it take to complete the programme?
You are encouraged to progress at your own pace. On average it is anticipated that the programme will take about four months to complete. However, this will depend on your individual circumstances, your level of experience and the type of work you may already be doing.
We fully appreciate that starting in business can be quite daunting and to ensure that your transition is as smooth as possible we offer a support service via the Internet and telephone. Your support for the first four months from the date you enrolled is included within the cost of the course but after that date a subscription fee of £19.99 per month is payable. This is of course entirely optional! How can you train and how much will it cost?
The 'Train to be a Bookkeeper and Payroll Manager' is available to you as a Home-Study package at a cost of £699.00 including VAT.
Start Dates and Times

System Specification
Students will need access to a suitable IBM compatible PC or laptop with the following recommended hardware:
- Pentium 2 GHz processor;
- at least 256 MB RAM (512 MB for Windows 2000 and XP);at least 500MB of free disc space after windows has been installed;
- a copy of Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6 or higher (this is included on the CD);
- An SVGA or higher resolution video card and monitor supported by Windows running at 1024 x 768 pixels ,with a minimum of 24 bit true colour.
