ICB Enrolment

You can enroll in a number of ways:

By phone

Simply telephone 01469 515444. Please have your credit/debit card available.

Online

Please visit the Premier Training Bookshop where you can complete an Online enrolment form and pay securely using a credit or debit card, via our secure server.

By Post

Please fill in the course enrolment form and post to Premier Training, Immingham Resource Centre, Margaret Street, Immingham, DN40 1LE. You can pay by cheque, postal order or debit / credit card.

Our enrolment form is in .pdf format and requires free Adobe Reader.

By Invoice

If fees are payable by a third party, e.g. an employer, please fill in the appropriate details on the form and post to:

Immingham Resource Centre,
Margaret Street,
Immingham,
North East Lincolnshire
DN40 1LE.

An invoice will be sent for payment to the address advised. Please be sure to notify the Purchase Order number if your employer requires one.
