Where should I start -NVQ level 2 or 3?

There are two levels to the qualification NVQ level 2 and 3 (there isn't a level NVQ level 1 in payroll).

If you have experience of working with a manual payroll system you may already have the necessary skills to gain entry direct to NVQ level 3. To help decide whether this would be the right option for you please feel free to download our guidance assessment questionnaire.

AAT Payroll Administration Qualification

This qualification is aimed primarily at those wishing to pursue a career as professional payroll administrators and managers.
